By accessing or using RUNDOC's (MRINJOLI INNOVATIONS) services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced herein.
While users must be at least 16 years old to create a RUNDOC account, there is no age limit for adding patients to the account. Patients of any age can be added by the account holder when booking appointments with doctors.
RUNDOC, a business name of MRINJOLI INNOVATIONS, provides a platform for users to book doctor appointments through OPD clinics only.
RUNDOC only collects doctor appointment fees if the clinic has activated this feature on their panel. If a clinic has not activated "Collect Doctor Appointment Fee," then RUNDOC will not collect the doctor appointment fee.
The information of the doctors, such as Doctor's name, Doctor's appointment fees, Doctor's specialties or category, Doctor's qualification, Doctor's experience, Doctor's description, Doctor's image, Doctor's appointment date and time, Doctor's OPD clinic address, that users find on the RUNDOC website and app is updated by the OPD clinics themselves on their RUNDOC panel.
We verify the documents and physical location of OPD clinics before onboarding them onto our platform. Once onboarded, OPD clinics can update the information of their doctors on the RUNDOC platform.
Please note that currently, RUNDOC does not provide telemedicine services. Users are responsible for checking the authenticity of doctors before physically visiting them.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking appointments or using our services.
Users are responsible for any fees associated with doctor appointments booked through our platform.
Users may submit feedback or ratings on doctors through RUNDOC's platform. By providing such feedback, you grant RUNDOC a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit the feedback in any manner deemed appropriate by RUNDOC.
RUNDOC's platform is designed to help you connect with doctors for medical consultations only. RUNDOC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for any medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

In no event shall RUNDOC be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, even if RUNDOC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content and materials on the RUNDOC platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of MRINJOLI INNOVATIONS and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
RUNDOC's platform is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. RUNDOC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. RUNDOC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify RUNDOC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or in any way related to your use of RUNDOC's platform, including any breach by you of these terms and conditions.
MRINJOLI INNOVATIONS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
