At RUNDOC, we take your privacy seriously. We only collect the data that is necessary to provide you with our services. This may include your name, contact information, and medical history.

We share data only with:

• service providers needed to run RUNDOC, for example payments through Razorpay;
• Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising, as described under Cookies and device data;
• authorities, when required by law.

A transaction on RUNDOC is to be conducted by persons above the age of 18 years only. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not allowed to make a transaction in RUNDOC. It is the duty of the legal guardians of all persons below 18 years of age to ensure that their wards do not make a transaction without their supervision on RUNDOC. It shall be automatically deemed that by allowing any person below the age of 18 years to transact on RUNDOC, their legal guardians have expressly consented to their use and we disclaim any liability arising from your failure to do so.

We use Google Analytics (Google) to understand how our website and apps are used, and the Meta Pixel (Meta) to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and similar technologies that collect online identifiers (such as cookie IDs), your IP address, device and browser information, the public pages you visit (including their web address) and the actions you take on them, such as searching, opening a doctor's profile, starting a booking or logging in. If you are logged in, Google Analytics also receives an internal RUNDOC user ID, never your name or phone number.

We do not send your name, phone number, email address, search text, prescriptions, appointment details or medical records to Google or Meta. Pages inside your RUNDOC account are not tracked, and pages about a specific specialty or symptom are excluded from Meta tracking.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and manage how Meta uses this data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies.

When you access RUNDOC, we will automatically collect your computer data, which may include:
