By accessing or using RUNDOC ("Platform"), operated by MRINJOLI INNOVATIONS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). RUNDOC is a healthcare facilitation platform that enables users to discover and book appointments with doctors, order medicines, schedule lab tests, access telemedicine services, and request other healthcare-related services through partner providers.

RUNDOC acts as an intermediary between users and independent healthcare providers, pharmacies, diagnostic labs, and other service partners. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment directly unless explicitly stated for a specific service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make transactions, or book services on RUNDOC. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform under the supervision and with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for all activities conducted through the account.

By allowing a person below 18 years of age to use RUNDOC, their legal guardians expressly consent to such use, and RUNDOC disclaims any liability arising from failure to supervise such use.

To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

When you book an appointment or service through RUNDOC, you enter into a direct arrangement with the respective healthcare provider or partner. RUNDOC facilitates the booking but is not a party to the medical consultation or service delivery.

Appointment availability, consultation fees, cancellation policies, and rescheduling rules may vary by provider. You agree to review and comply with the specific terms communicated at the time of booking. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation may result in charges as per the provider's policy.

Payments for services booked through RUNDOC are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. RUNDOC does not store your complete credit or debit card information on its servers. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the cancellation and refund policy of the respective service provider and RUNDOC's internal refund guidelines. You agree not to engage in any of the following while using RUNDOC:

1. providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or booking
2. using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
3. attempting to gain unauthorized access to RUNDOC systems, accounts, or data
4. interfering with or disrupting the platform, servers, or networks connected to RUNDOC
5. harassing, threatening, or abusing healthcare providers, staff, or other users
6. copying, reproducing, or distributing platform content without prior written consent
7. using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform

RUNDOC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

All content on RUNDOC — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design — is the property of MRINJOLI INNOVATIONS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUNDOC and MRINJOLI INNOVATIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury resulting from services provided by third-party partners.

RUNDOC provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

RUNDOC may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may also deactivate your account by contacting customer care. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property — shall remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of RUNDOC after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of RUNDOC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
