The RUNDOC platform fee is always nonrefundable. This fee covers the administrative and operational costs associated with facilitating doctor appointment bookings through our platform.
We only collect the doctor appointment fee if the OPD Clinic authorizes us to do so. If the clinic does not authorize us to collect the doctor appointment fee, users will only be charged the RUNDOC platform fee.
Users can cancel their doctor's appointment by informing us via email at [email protected] or by calling us at 011 6926 9800.
If a user cancels their appointment, the doctor appointment fee will be refunded to the source bank account used for payment within 7 working days.
In the event that the doctor cancels the visit, the doctor appointment fee will be refunded to the source bank account used for payment within 7 working days.
If a user fails to visit the doctor at the scheduled appointment time, the doctor appointment fee will be refunded to the source bank account used for payment within 7 working days.
